The Range Overview
GG22 – The most compact gun in the range, the GG22 is the perfect option for smaller packaging or production lines. The gun is fast and simple to set up with a very quick preheat period, minimising downtime. Dispensing glue at 18g/min, this is the perfect model for detailed work.
GG44 – This 200W industrial glue gun is perfect for the packing line, dispensing precise amounts of glue accurately and efficiently. GG44 offers the user increased control with a precision ball bearing nozzle and full-hand trigger grip, ideal for sealing bo boxes and many other applications.
GG66 – For full user control, the GG66 is the ultimate 12mm glue gun in the range, with an output of 48g/min. With an adjustable trigger stroke, controlled operating temperature and precise ball bearing nozzle, this gun offers everything you need in an industrial packing line.
GG88 – Are you high volume user looking for a fast and efficient method of accurately dispensing glue in larger quantities? Then the GG88 tank glue gun is for you. Fully adjustable controls and capable of 200g/min, this is a truly versatile glue gun for the busy packing line.
Health & Safety
As with everything we do, user safety is paramount, and that’s why our 12mm glue stick guns have been specifically made with an integral base for optimum stability and the nozzle preventing drips, reducing the risk of injury and burns to the user and helping the work station to remain as a clean and safe environment. Each gun has a keyring hole for attaching to a spring balance to reduce user fatigue. With the larger tank gun, a metal base plate is also provided to be attached to the work surface and the integral magnetic foot provides secure positioning for the GG88 when not in use.
