What is Advance Film?

Omegatech Advance® is a speciality film that has been pre-tensioned in both directions and is then applied to the core in it’s stretched form. The edges are also folded during the process, giving the film extra strength and reducing roll edge damage.

The incredible tension levels of this film allows the operative to wrap the pallet and contents very securely without having to apply any force, as the film contracts once applied. This makes the job much easier and quicker, and when used with a high-quality Omegatech® dispenser, it significantly reduces the risk of injury.

The unique formula used in this film means that a drastically reduced amount of film is used to wrap a pallet and the rolls are much longer in length than standard films, cutting downtime in the warehouse.
