Kingfisher Packaging is continuing to do all we can to support our customers, as a key supplier to many industries. We have implemented a range of measures within the company and its operations in response to the Covid-19 pandemic; here is an update on these actions.
The safety and well-being of our staff and customers remains our top priority. We have enforced extra hygiene and cleaning procedures within the company – in our offices, warehouses, and delivery vehicles. We follow social distancing guidelines, and some staff are working from home.
We are not visiting any customers without prior approval, and keeping this to a minimum. Instead, we are keeping in touch with our customers by phone, email, or other virtual means.
We have a fully set-up video technology facility to offer virtual client meetings over Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and can provide virtual product demonstrations via video where you can find out more about our products and machinery and see them in action
Deliveries are taking place as normal, with drivers sanitising their hands prior to each delivery, and signatures are not required on receipt of goods.
We are 100% operational, holding consistently good stock levels to fulfil your needs, so you can be confident that Kingfisher Packaging will be able to continue to supply your packaging requirements and ensure your essential operations can keep running.
